Addressing economic instability
GCES exists to address the widespread and often invisible harm caused by economic instability. Around the world, individuals and communities suffer when economic systems fail to protect them — through sudden inflation, job loss, housing insecurity, or unjust financial policies. These harms are rarely documented, and those affected are often left without recourse or recognition.
Our unique approach
GCES tackles economic instability by building a global coalition that documents harm, analyzes patterns, and empowers communities to demand justice. What makes our approach different is that we don’t just advocate — we investigate. Through our Regional Action Teams, we gather real-world data, personal stories, and regional evidence to expose how economic systems fail people. We then channel that information into legal, educational, and policy efforts that promote fairness, transparency, and accountability.
